We will be delighted to give you a quotation if you email us information such as: date, type of event, location, performing times, number of guests and your contact details
1. At least 4m x 3m of floor space in order for the band to perform and about 2 hours to set up.
2. Adequate electrical supply i.e. a minimum of 4 standard 3pin 13amp power sockets near performance area, independant i.e. NOT shared with catering, disco etc.
3. Refreshments. It is customary to provide food/drinks.
4. A room to change in.
We can add up to 3 brass players for an extra charge.
In general we will arrive at about 6pm to set up, and finish around midnight. Any unusual timings may require an additional fee.
We play 2 sets of approx 1 hour each and we are flexible on playing times.
The band does not come with a DJ but we can arrange a DJ to play in addition if required and priced accordingly.
The band is based in the West of England and can travel to venues all over the UK or internationally.
We offer the following payment options:
1. Pay by credit card – You can pay either a 50% deposit, or the entire cost at once to secure your booking. Your card will not be charged until the booking is confirmed by us, and you will receive both confirmation of the booking and notification of successful payment by email. If you choose to pay a deposit, the remaining cost will be need to be charged to your credit card in a second, separate transaction on or before the date of the event. Please note that Credit Card payments will incur a small additional processing fee.
2. Pay by cheque – To pay by cheque you can pay the entire cost at once or a 50% deposit. When we have confirmed your booking by email please send the payment cheque to our postal address found in your booking confirmation.
